Faire Corps tried, in a short time and a few workshops, to approach the somatic dimension of teaching and its consequences on our methodology.
Thoses two interviews show different but strong related point of view:
- Coline exercice shows partly the sensibility of the audience, as the fine perception students might have to read the social, emotional and even psychological background of the teacher. This potential of reading emotions might give an important tool in a teaching position.
- Johanna propose with qi gong (or any other self-care methods), to be/ get aware of the actual physical and psyschical health condition to be able to teach in a safer-space context.
